Returns & Refunds Policy

H.K.Studio sells selected vintage workwear, second-hand designer archive pieces, limited football tees, and Felix Regem original streetwear. Because many items are unique, pre-owned, or measured by hand, please read all product photos, measurements, condition notes, and policies before purchasing.

Return Window

If your order is eligible for return, you must contact us within 7 days after delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition received, unworn by the buyer, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and any included tags, certificates, or accessories.

Vintage, Second-Hand, and Archive Items

Vintage and second-hand products may show natural fading, wear, small marks, repairs, distressing, fabric aging, or other signs of previous use. These are part of the product condition and are not considered defects when shown or described on the product page.

Measurements and Fit

All measurements are taken by hand on flat, with a normal tolerance of 1-2 cm. We do not use brand size charts as the final sizing standard. Please compare the listed measurements with your own clothing before ordering. Returns due only to subjective fit preference may not be accepted for vintage, archive, or one-of-one products.

Chrome Hearts and Authentication

H.K.Studio is an independent curated archive store and is not affiliated with Chrome Hearts. Chrome Hearts items are second-hand or archive pieces. For Chrome Hearts products, H.K.Studio may complete Entrupy third-party authentication before shipment and provide electronic authentication documentation when applicable. Authentication service timing may affect processing time.

Felix Regem Items

Felix Regem items may involve supplier coordination, production-on-demand, or size/color availability checks. If a Felix Regem item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a replacement size/color, an alternative item, or a refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be refused when the item has been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without included accessories or certificates, or returned without approval. Returns may also be refused for subjective dislike, expected vintage wear, measurement tolerance within 1-2 cm, or customs/tax refusal.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or the product arrives with damage not shown or described on the product page, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

How to Request a Return

Contact us through the Contact page or email xinlei1029@163.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos when relevant. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
