Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
H.K.Studio ships selected vintage, archive, and Felix Regem pieces from our current fulfillment network. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and tracked.
Order Processing
Orders are usually reviewed and prepared within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Vintage Archive items may require an additional condition check before shipment. Felix Regem items may require 3-5 business days of processing depending on supplier availability, production-on-demand status, or size/color stock.
Shipping Destinations
We currently support shipping to the United States and Canada through the online store. If you are outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order.
Tracking
When an order ships, we will provide tracking information by email when available. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and seasonal volume. International and cross-border shipments may take longer than domestic shipments.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local charges required by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Vintage and One-of-One Items
Many H.K.Studio items are vintage, second-hand, archive, or one-of-one pieces. Before shipping, we may re-check measurements, condition notes, and visible wear to reduce disputes and make sure the item matches the product page.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If a package is delayed, please contact us with your order number. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, unpaid customs charges, or refusal by the recipient, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
