Welcome to H.K.Studio. By visiting our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Store Identity
H.K.Studio is an independent online fashion studio curating vintage workwear, second-hand designer archive pieces, football archive selections, and Felix Regem original streetwear. H.K.Studio is not affiliated with Chrome Hearts, Carhartt, FIFA, adidas, Nike, or any other referenced third-party brand unless expressly stated.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product photos, measurements, prices, condition notes, colors, and descriptions accurately. Vintage, second-hand, archive, and one-of-one items may include natural wear, fading, distressing, fabric aging, small marks, or repair traces. Product color may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and photography conditions.
Measurements
All measurements are taken by hand on flat. A 1-2 cm tolerance may occur. Brand size labels are not the final sizing standard. Customers should compare listed measurements with clothing they already own before purchasing.
Orders and Availability
Placing an order does not guarantee final acceptance. We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, fails final condition review, cannot be shipped to the destination, or is suspected of fraud or policy abuse.
Payment
Payment options are shown at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. Payment providers may require additional verification. H.K.Studio is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider review or failed payment authorization.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, or fulfillment checks. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and for any destination import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees unless otherwise stated.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing, especially for vintage, second-hand, archive, Chrome Hearts, and one-of-one items.
Authentication and Third-Party Brands
For selected Chrome Hearts items, H.K.Studio may use Entrupy or another third-party authentication process before shipment. Authentication documentation, when provided, supports our review process but does not imply affiliation with the original brand owner.
Intellectual Property
All H.K.Studio website content, brand copy, original photography, layout, and Felix Regem brand materials belong to H.K.Studio unless otherwise stated. Third-party brand names are used only to identify the original products being sold or discussed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H.K.Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, shipping delays, customs delays, product fit preference, or normal vintage condition characteristics.
